Craig is a life-long Chattanooga resident, having graduated from The McCallie School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before attending law school at the University of Arkansas.  While at Arkansas, Craig was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and the Board of Advocates.  Graduating magna cum laude in 2005, Craig returned to Chattanooga to pursue his practice at a nationally-known firm.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the District of Colorado, as well as the United States Supreme Court. In the course of his practice, Craig has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy & Creditor-Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law for 2021, and by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for Bankruptcy Law.  Craig served as the president of the Chattanooga Bar Association in 2013 and was inducted as a Fellow to the Chattanooga Bar Foundation in 2020.  A 2009 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, Craig has also served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area, Inc., Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Park Partners, and the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute.

Craig and his wife, Emily, live in the Stuart Heights area of Chattanooga with their four children, two dogs and a hamster. When he is not taking care of children or pets, he enjoys running, reading and the outdoors.
