LICENSED IN TENNESSEE
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
If you are looking for an attorney who is compassionate with a fervent desire to pursue justice for you inside and outside the courtroom, you have found your advocate. As those who know him will attest, Michael Holloway cares about people and the difficult situations they face. With experience representing clients involved in complex business transactions and disputes, real estate transactions and lawsuits, misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, and the formation of new businesses such as restaurants, clothing stores, and online retailers, Michael takes the time to genuinely listen to his clients' concerns and desires in order to provide quality and effective advocacy.
Michael, a Chattanooga native, graduated from Boyd Buchanan School and thereafter received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During college, Michael served as a Cavalry Scout with Det. 1-HHT 2/278th Armored Cavalry Regiment of the Tennessee Army National Guard. Subsequently, he attended Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama where he earned his law degree and by a stroke of pure luck, met the love of his life, Donna. Together with their sons, dog and two cats, the Holloways reside in the Chattanooga area. When not advocating on behalf of his clients, Michael can be found at home playing guitar, cooking, and spending time with his family.
