Lee Mangum has been licensed to practice law since 2017. After serving in the United States Army, Lee obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he met his wife who is also a practicing attorney. 

Lee concentrates his practice in the areas of wills and estates, corporate and business transactions and litigation, and serving as general counsel to several small to medium size businesses throughout the southeast portion of the United States.  Additionally, Lee has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting various company contracts, including operating agreements, employment agreements, lease agreements and construction contracts. 

Lee is a native of Newnan, Georgia and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Florida.  In addition to practicing law, Lee and his wife also own and manage rental properties through an LLC they started, which has helped Lee better identify and cater to the needs of small business owners and startups.  Additionally, Lee's unique training and experiences as an Army interrogator have provided him with a unique edge in negotiations and litigation.  When he is not practicing law, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, running and traveling.
