Pro Bono
Our commitment to pro bono is driven by a dedication to ensuring fair and equal access to justice for all members of our society, regardless of their financial means or background. Our attorneys participate in the Chattanooga Bar Association's volunteer programs and also represent clients supported by Legal Aid of East Tennessee. These organizations allow access for legal representation to indigent residents of Hamilton County, and the surrounding area. We encourage our attorneys to pursue their individual pro bono passions wherever they may lead. We take great pride in the pro bono efforts of our legal staff and their commitment to sharing their expertise with those who cannot afford legal representation.

Our attorneys keep pace with the legal community by participating - often in leadership roles - in state and local bar associations and a host of legal societies and professional organizations.
These involvements enable us to keep updated on the latest developments in the law, interact with public officials and members of the judiciary, and build relationships with colleagues outside the firm. They also present crucial opportunities for our staff to share their knowledge and experience with the legal community by publishing legal articles and hosting educational events and symposia.
