Formation
Mark Litchford and Richard Pearce have known each other since about the age of five, playing together in the streets of East Brainerd (Concord Road) in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mark and Richard then attended The McCallie School together, where Mark was a boarding student and Richard a day student (making them bitter rivals). This common bond, however, formed the core of their friendship when they started practicing law together in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2008. Since then, Mark and Richard have worked together extensively to develop synergistic law practices, working off of each other's strengths to the benefit of their clients. Eleven years later, Mark and Richard formed Litchford, Pearce & Associates, PLLC, out of a desire to shape their own practices, benefit their communities, and better serve their clients.
