Richard G. Pearce, Jr., Esq.
Attorney / Director
LICENSED IN TENNESSEE, COLORADO & KENTUCKY
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Richard G. Pearce, Jr. is a Chattanooga native, having attended Boyd Buchanan for elementary school and McCallie for high school, graduating in 1997. He then attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. More importantly, he met his wife, Christy Friday Pearce, while attending Samford. Richard remained at Samford to obtain his Masters in Business Administration and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, graduating in 2004. Richard practiced law in Chattanooga for five years before moving to Lexington, Kentucky, Nashville, Tennessee, and eventually Colorado Springs, Colorado as part of his wife's medical practice as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician. Richard and Christy have three children. They enjoy skiing, hiking, playing sports with their kids and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. They attend Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado Springs.
Richard is blessed to have very loyal clients and just enough technological savvy that he maintain a significant number of clients in Chattanooga, Nashville and Lexington while living in Colorado Springs. Richard maintains a broad legal practice, assisting clients with business transactions, tax planning, estate planning and dispute resolution. As a result of his broad scope of practice, Richard frequently serves as outside general counsel to businesses and as a family office attorney to individuals. This means that Richard can handle almost all needs of his clients, but he is also willing to bring in help within his firm and from outside sources when appropriate. Richard's clients touch almost every industry, but are most often medical and dental practices, accounting firms and restaurants.
